$5000 for your suitcases!

The plane that had an issue with it's landing last week in Jamaica has yet to return most of the passenger's luggage. Since they pay $5000 US per bag I'm willing to bet some of the people on the plane are VERY HAPPY with their extra vacation money! Lol, at best my checked luggage might be worth $300-$500....thank God I carry on my laptop and cameras!

Hmm, if they took my carry on stuff and only gave me $5000 for it I would loose money. Since there is no way in hell I'm checking my cameras and laptop I guess I would just have to risk it and carry on the stuff I like. Plus most of the planes that crash end up killing everyone so the money would not mater to me.

There's no way I would check my laptop or other valuables.
