Coco Bread

Does anyone know how to make coco bread?

Also, I heard of people stuffing it to make sandwiches and even pizza, do you eat it as bread or do you make a meal out of it?

I can't remember precisely, but was that coco bread we all had as an apetizer, with pesto to dip it in, at Canoe? Whatever, it sure was yummy. What's the difference between coco bread and bammy bread? I know I had one or the other with the delicious curry chicken meal I had for lunch at the little place near Miss Sonia's--wish I could remember the name of the place, there was a large lunch-time crowd, including a few Red Stripes (the constabulary, not the beer).

BTW, what are you doing obsessing on coco bread, anyway? Aren't you supposed to be on a 40-day diet?

Lol, your memory is better than mine about the meal at the Canoe. If you remember the place you ate let me know and I'll try it. Oh my 40 day diet ends right before I go to JA so I can indulge down there a little.

Lots of images of coco bread at this link: http://images.google.com/images?q=coco+ ... e&resnum=4

Wondering what was the difference between coco bread and bammy, I did some sleauthing and learned that bammy is made from cassava (manioc) root, a filling (though not very nutritious) food staple in tropical regions throughout the world.

Is wrapping coco bread around a patty a new thing? Sounds kind of outrageous to me--almost as outrageous as those turduckins (chicken stuffed in a duck stuffed in a turkey).

Ok, Tinks can cook and I know she can cook bread since I've seen pictures. Why does she not share how to make coco bread?
