Detroit’s internal combustion bad side

Postby Nanoose » Sun Aug 28, 2011 3:08 pm

In the 60’s and 70s the Detroit Motor Companies were putting out cars that could do a wheel stand right of the production line and that’s pretty bad (the good kind of bad).
Here is a video of some mussel cares cruising around the motor city. Cheers!

What's pushing us apart isn't loneliness what's holding us together isn't love. Listen to the man who's been touched all his life yes he's the one they call the fool. Where is that savoir of the sidewalk life and the road that takes us to the crusades? We still got along way to go yes we still got a along way to go.

Another bad part (good kind of bad) to Detroits internal combustion was the turbo-supercharged engines on the B-24 Liberators that were built at Detroit’s Willow Run manufacturing plant during WWW 2.
I have sat in the piolets seat of a B-24 and freely made silly engine sounds and in part I have have the skilled assemblly workers of Detroit to thank because they quickley put out air craft that could get the job done. Included a link to some old footage of the Willow Run manufactchering company during the war. Cheers!
