I'm confused, the news report clearly says that the police found the boy walking the street with a beer..............and the neighbor said the same thing (12 ounce cold bud light). So, did the neighbor send him away knowing he was drinking a beer? I guess in the neighbors defense some 4 year old boys look like they are at least 5 or 6

On another note I have to applaud the little Boy George for wanting to go to jail to see his father.
