I don't see any big problem.
Keep in mind, our President is a guy who has received the Nobel Peace Prize.

Fixing one little country the size of Egypt shouldn't be any big deal.
Maybe he could offer them some ideas on a tax increase.
Or give a speech about how the (Egyptian) rich need to pay their fair share.
