I'm loving www.hulu.com for watching free movies on-line. The only two drawbacks are:

1. US people only.

2. Ads once in a while but they give me a chance to check e-mail so I don't mind them at all.

Tonight's movie is American Virgin.

A friend of mine hooks his computer up to his TV and watches the Hulu movies on it. Tonight they are either having server issues or the internet at my house is a little slow.

Just watched my first HULU movie, The Snow Walker. I rated it 4 Red Stripes, but a sad ending. The Inuit girl reminded me of a half Athapaskan/half Eskimo gal I met in Anchorage. Now I'm going to bed feeling melancholy and sad.

Geez, every time I click on a movie I want to watch, I get a message "This movie is intended for mature audiences." Somebody must've tipped them off that I'm immature. I guess I'll be watching Heidi tonite...

Oh, man, I am mos def gonna see A Perfect Getaway when it comes out on August 14! See the trailer on hulu! Maybe I'll even take a date to watch it with me. Then, if we hit it off and sparks fly, we can make plans to do Negril together to slurp rum punches and sunbathe topless together on the beach.

News flash! A Perfect Getaway is showing in theaters this NOW! I don't feel like putting on pants to go out tonite, but I'm definately going to watch that sucker tomorrow.

That looks like a good movie but I'll wait to see in on DVD or on-line. I hate going to the theaters since I can't hit pause when I'm hungry or need to go to the bathroom.

Good point. And they don't sell cups of Red Stripe at the theater...and if they did, they'd probably charge about $13.00 per 7-oz cup!

Saw Perfect Getaway yesterday. It's set in Hawaii, so as you might imagine there's a lot of stunning scenery. Enjoyed the movie...the suspense got the pulse rate up...just wish there'd been more skin. Saw it at the new Fairfax Corner Theater. Really nice theater, with super comfy seats like La-Z-Bwoy recliners. Had an hour to kill before the movie, so grabbed a cheeseburger and a pint of Sam Adams lager at a nearby Ruby Tuesday before the show. I was tempted to grab my waitress...she was so sultry and eager to please.
