Getting Jamaican Money

Postby ECO » Mon Feb 23, 2009 5:25 pm

When it comes to exchanging our money into Jamaican money do you do it at home, at the airport, at a Jamaican bank or somewhere else?

On my last trip I ended up exchanging some at the airport and it was a quick process but the rate was not that great. Later in the week I exchanged some USD at a bank in St Ann and I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes. I was thinking of checking with one of the banks in Boston to see what they charge (if any) to order me Jamaican money.

I use the ATM's too. I've never gone across with Jamaican money nor have I changed any over there.
