I need to get to the gym, too. But I don't see that happening anytime today.
Actually, yesterday I had almost talked myself into resuming jogging this weekend, which I heretofore had done at least weekly, sometimes a couple of times a week. There's a 6-mile jogging/biking path around Lake Accotink that I favor. I think the last time I saw it was in January. I periodically get on a health kick and jog regularly for a few months, but then get lazy and backslide.
Maybe tomorrow (with emphasis on "Maybe").
