Happy Birthday, Nanoose. Toking--I mean, doing--anything special on your birthday?

Thank you! Our youngest son, his wife and their 2 chow wow dogs drove down from Saskatchewan for my birthday. They didn’t bring me a birthday present but the drive is 3000 miles (round trip) and they had to go over 2 mountain ranges to get here so it’s the thought that counts. Yesterday we went to our oldest son’s house for a BBQ nice to see my boys back together (they haven’t seen each other for 3 years because of distance) they are real tight brothers. Cheers!

3000 miles for a birthday....you must be one heck of a special father! I would not drive 3000 miles for a 3 sum with a couple of lesbians, a giant bag of herb, all I can eat pizza and all I can drink beer! Hopefully when my kids grow up they will at least drive 1 mile for my birthday.

You can say that again, Eco. Unless the lesbians were hot. Not the burly ones with crewcuts that even a horny drunken sailor at 2:00 a.m. at last call wouldn't find attractive.

What kind of herb are we talking about here? If it's the kind that makes you comatose and sit a a corner and drool, I might be up for a road trip. :dreads: :dreads: :dreads:

Here’s what our son felt like after a 3 day vacation with ma and pa.
Cheers!

He's probably thinking about that 1,500-mile, over two mountain ranges, drive home.

Probably and probably thinking he would rather shot him self in the head then pay for parking to see a mountain view. There is a 200 KM mountain stretch that you can’t stop and look at the view unless you pay $12 to park – figure it’s a view that should be free.
He might even be thinking of shooting him self in the head because I was about to tell him the story of Cornelius Van Horn for the millionth time.
Cornelius Van Horn was the grandfather of a friend of the family he discovered a passage way over the mountain he also discover the Baff hot springs he also stole the golden spike that was used when they connected Canadas east coast railway with the west coast railway.
( he figured they owed him more money for his scouting job) Cheers!
