Heart breaking stories of greed.

Postby Nanoose » Sun Oct 11, 2009 1:07 pm

A few weeks ago I ran into a friend of the family and he told me that he had to put his cat to sleep (14 years old) I knew how he felt about that cat so it made me sad but when he told me more about it - it made me mad. He told me that the day before he put the cat down he found it in a semi coma with its intestines hanging out. He rushed it to the vet - half hoping it could be saved and half knowing he would have to put it to sleep. The doctor took a quick look at the cat and said it would be best to put it to sleep then ask Bruce how he would be paying. Bruce said well – tomorrow when I get my Social Service check I will bring in the cash. He was told to bring the cat back tomorrow with the cash and then they would put it to sleep. I think the decent thing to do would have been put the cat down and trusted that Bruce brought the money the next day. That cat suffered all night it would slip in and out of the semi coma and when it was out of the coma it was really hurting. The doctor knew the cat was going to have a night like that but still put the dollar first. I now have to hold myself back when I pass that vets office and not go in and give him a piece of my mind or something. Cheers!
What's pushing us apart isn't loneliness what's holding us together isn't love. Listen to the man who's been touched all his life yes he's the one they call the fool. Where is that savoir of the sidewalk life and the road that takes us to the crusades? We still got along way to go yes we still got a along way to go.

That person shouldn't be a vet as they are clearly in it for the money only.
They put money before a poor suffering cat :(

I'm sure they were not taught that at vet school.
Next time you walk pass Nanoose, crap on their porch!

Well I was trying to think of something really diabolical to do to them but crapping on their porch is starting to sound good.
Except I will have to do it in the privacy of their back yard because I am shy. And I will do it on their wooden business sign and then bring it in – show the doctor and ask him if he thinks it’s an Anaconda. (then rub his nose in it or somthing) Cheers!

Our vets are the sme way, show me the money or fill out a credit application. If you don't have the money or credit have a nice day.

You need to shampoo that carpet or give your cat a nice little bed to sleep on. :jestercolor:
