Someone in Yahoo Q&A under Jamaica is really pushing her rental in Negril...or was it MoBay...anyway, she responed with her number and this website

I'll have to take a look over there. We have members from all over but I was not aware of any with rentals in Jamaica. Heck if we have a member with a rental in Negril I could use it for a night when I go down there in a little over a month-- I want to take some sunset pictures for a couple of my sites.
