I see this question all over the place and decided to post it here to see what everyone's answer is. Excluding lodging, how much do you budget per day for:
Ground transportation? A fortune unless you spend time asking what "the going rate" is between towns!
Tours? $25 or $35 (I forget) for the Bob Marley tour and I made a $12 donation for the fire on the water & private waterfall tour.
Drinks? Hundreds! Since I don't drink at home, I'm like a college kid at a frat party when I go to Jamaica. In the course of a week I spent a little under $200 on beer.
Meals? Most of the food that I ate was grown on the farm where I stayed. Over the course of a week I might of spent $100 at the local supermarket for cooking supplies.
Handouts? I bought a bunch of thirsty people beer

At the end of my trip I donated most of my clothes since people needed them more than I do.
Gifts for people back at home? $40 at the airport for two wooden masks and a couple necklaces. Next time I'm going to buy gifts from the street vendors.
Clothes? None! I'm not into tacky tee shirts.
Spa treatments? I had a rub down at the fire on the water place but it was included in my donation.
If you stay at a all inclusive resort in Jamaica try to break out the cost of your food and drinks from the actual hotel rate. N/A
I've seen people reporting that they can stay in Jamaica and spend as little as $30 per and while others spends $100's per day. I'm interested in seeing where this money is actually spent plus it will help others to budget properly for there vacation in Jamaica!
