Do Jamaican Bars Always Intend to get a License?

Postby ECO » Mon Feb 23, 2009 2:01 pm

Question: Do any bars in Jamaica actually have a license to sell booze or do they all intend to get one? It seems like every place I went to had one of these signs:

I was told that the 'intention' of anything is enough. That included 'intention to marry' though they don't exactly advertise that - which would come in handy for anyone who really wanted to stay there without having to marry someone.
I intrigue more people in real life than I do in cyberspace. What I WILL do is to capitalize on their attraction to me.If I set out to take advantage of anyone's attraction, its simply for the benefit of God's kingdom.People such as myself, whether we try or not, will always radiate some kinda attraction that men find alluring.my message to those who find it annoying "Don't hate".
