I might have to break Randy Bachmen’s heart (of BTO)

Postby Nanoose » Wed Aug 11, 2010 12:57 am

Over the years I have been letting parts of my diabolical plan of become Randy Bachmen gardener slip out on the Internet. (see plan B below).
There have been a few times that I figured that because of my carelessness Randy Bachmen seen parts of my diabolical plan on the Internet and we was patiently waiting for me 2 put plan B into affect.
The thing is I recently found a new band that I really - really like and if they ask me to be their gardener first I will have to break Randy Bachmens heart if he gets tired of waiting patiently and just calls and asks me to be his gardener.
Any way he is a big boy I’m sure he will take it like a man.

( my plan B was simple and full proof – during the cover of darkness slip into Randy Bachmens flower garden and saturate the beds with weed seeds like Dandy lions and Houch grass. Then when Randy Bachmen fired his gardener for dong such a terrible job of weeding I would just happen to be there with a business card)

Take it like a man by Randy Bachmen

the new band that I really - really like

Where is that savoir of the sidewalk life and the road that takes us to the crusades? We still got along way to go yes we still got a along way to go.

Every time you mention Bachman-Turner Overdrive it stirs a memory of when I was in my early twenties dancing with a distant cousin of mine to "Ain't Seen Nothing Yet" at a dancehall-bar place in Morehead City, NC (just south of the Outer Banks). I was a one-digit-midget (ie, less than 10 days left before mustering out of the Marines) stationed at nearby MCAS Cherry Point and she lived in the area. I'd gone to the Morehead City slop-chute with a buddy of mine, and my distant cousin just happened to be there with friends of hers. Small world.

He was a part of my youth too – except when I first started listening to him I was getting ready to ship out to the nickel mines in Tompson Manitoba. He holds the world record for most music awards. I think he has an estate in the United States so maybe to help him get over his broken heart I will let him know that you could be his gardener there. Cheers!

Nanoose, back in my beard & ponytail days, that used to be my "uniform"--flannel shirt and well-worn overalls. Man, I miss those days!

Broke my heart to give up my favorite overalls ('cause they'ed already been patched beyond further repair).

Then I moved on to camos--which explains why I never got laid...the gals couldn't see me! :jestercolor:

Well if you were Randy Bachmans gardener you might never have that problem again because you could tell the groupies that you were the bush inspector. Cheers!
