Does anyone have any experience with the Negril Yoga Centre or any other place in Negril that offers Yoga classes (Negril Escape has a blurb on their web site)?

Faith, let us know what you find since it seems that none of us do yoga while on vacation.

I am so shocked that no one works out while vacationing in Negril. LOL. Has anyone seen the gym there? Truly a Jamaican classic. Anyone who doesn't run or swim and wants to keep a buff bod while there is SOL. I will probably just take my portable DVD player with my yoga tape to my secret spot on the west end overlooking the ocean.

Working out........walking miles a day along with swimming counts as working out. For those people that go to JA for sexcations, the bedroom action also counts as working out. Speaking of which but prior to doing research on my own.....one of those yoga places has more than just yoga going on 8-)

Yeah, I heard about that yoga place too, not sure what one it is. I think I will just hop on over to Hedo 2, have a quick orgy and then climb their rock wall. I have a hard time staying in shape when I visit JA, but that's part of being on vacation.

:rolling: So if you stumble upon the um full service yoga place it's a bonus 8-) If you have the endurance to take part in an orgy and then climb that rock wall we will have to present you with an award

BTW, don't go to Hedo2 if it's raining as I did since the rock wall is not open in the rain.
