I’m not an alcoholic but….

Postby Nanoose » Sat Jul 17, 2010 11:09 am

I’m not an alcoholic but I am sure looking forward to my Saturday night 6 pack of beer the thought of it helps me get through the work week. Since I only get one a week I slam them pack to get a buzz quicker plus I follow the 2 to 1 ganja rule (2 doobies to ever beer). Last Saturday my grounds keeping customer mentioned that since it was such a hot day that when I get home I should have a glass of water before I start on my 6 pack. When I asked why I was told that the water will hydrate me and the alcohol won’t effect me as fast so I didn’t listen. Cheers and happy week end!

No I get a deal because I am in the growers union. Actually that’s only about $10 worth of pot we don’t go out much so that’s pretty cheap entertainment for 2. (my wife don’t drink alcohole) Our beer is pretty expensive about $12 for 6 cans (500 ml) Cheers!

That sounds like Jamaican prices, the good prices not the tourist/sucker prices.

Well we have a set price for locals or tourists - $30 for a 1/8 - $50 for a ¼ - and the discount gets better the more you buy.
If you buy enough you qualify for daily specials (things like buy a ton get the second ton for free - or - free delivery).
We might have to start charging HST (BC’s new harmonized sales tax) but until we are formally informed or summand we are going to over look it just like we did with the GST. Actually I tip my hat to the ganja sellers of Jamaica for their efforts at keeping the tourist happy well making a much needed buck or 2. (it’s a win - win situation because those tourist will visit again
I also offer some free advice for the ganja sellers of Jamaica - if a tourist asks you if there is HST or GST just say – no man. Cheers!
