I am not a pot head but when ever I smoke pot I try to avoid fruits and fruity beverages because vitamin C counteracts THC (it’s a medical fact). So if you were to buy a bag of pot - smoke it well consuming fruit (some figs for example) the vitamin C in the figs would counteract the THC and it would be like flushing money down the toilet.
Also I am not a pot head but sometimes I worry that because of my vitamin C deficiency I am going to get scruffy just like that sailor on the Pinta..
As far as Christopher Columbus goes I figure if a guy or gal says that their going to find a new rout to China and then they do actually find it – then they get into the history books. Cheers and happy week end!

Once upon a time I got way too high and the local Rasta man gave me sugar cane to bring me down, not sure if it has vitamin A or if sugar does the same thing. Assuming it's just the sugar then I guess you should stay away from sugar when you smoke as well.

How about bammy bread? There can't be any vitamins or anything else of nutritional value in that, but it'll still fill you up when you get an attack of the munchies. Probably won't do a thing for the scruffy, though.

I’m not a pot head but I sometimes wish that I paid better attention to the first anti marijuana commercial I seen on TV when I was a teen.

In that commercial a pot pusher with a brief case of money was trying to talk a school kid into trying pot for the first time and the kid would ask him questions like – doesn’t marijuana kill brain cells and the pot pusher would say – well how many brain cells do you need any way kid? And I would think your absolutely right there pusher man because it wouldn’t take too many to hit you with a lunch kit and take your brief case. After a few more questions the kid asked the pot pusher if marijuana effected chromosomes and the pusher said – how do you even know that you have chromosomes kid? And I thought you got me there pusher man - at that time I had no clue what chromosomes were I was kind of hoping that it was something shinny that they added to lunch kits so that they won’t dent when you hit people with them. but after a little research I found out a bit about them. (Please note in those days you had to walk 10 miles up hill to do research in these things called libraries).
Anyway maybe if I had paid better attention I would of checked out a book about brain cells and a book on algebra so that I could figure out just how many brain cells I needed. Cheers!

PS: its mostly the fruits high in vitamins C (like oranges) that counter THC

Sugar does bring it down... I got so high once that I thought I was gonna have a heartattack!! My aunt made me tea with about 8 spoons of sugar... I didn't die

I read an article yesterday saying that Dutch weed is the "worst" weed in the world.. aint that something!!! It specifically said that it was "stronger" and addictiver than Jamaican ganja... Guess y'all gotta try it sum time

Well there is a simple test to see how strong a Countries ganja is - if you smoke a joint and start thinking about Christopher Columbus or other famous explorers them the weed is high grade. Once I smoked some BC bud and started thinking about Gingus Kon so it must have been really good. Actually there is a scientific way of telling how strong the bud is and I bet that article you read didn’t use that science before they wrote the article. Cheers!
