Located on Milford Rd, It's about a 12 minute walk or or an $80-ish (JMD) taxi down the road into the heart of Ochi.

It's available starting Sept 15,2010 for vacation rental.
Right now the rate is $50/night USD single or double occupancy.
$10 a night extra for a 3rd person.

This price will go up in future. Busy sorting out the Internet, cable, and unlimited international calls from a landline AND A digicel phone you can use at all times on your trip. (Excluding Credit LOL)

Also the key-holder can pick you up and drop you off at the airport if you need. For 40$ Round-Trip.

We have a chef on hand who can come in and cook local meals for you at your request.

As well we have a house keep at your request.

That looks like an excellent rate for both the room and the transportation to and from the airport!

Once we spice it up it will be awesome.
We are getting 245 cable channels, high speed wireless internet, and unlm international calls
We will than raise the rate to 65$/a night or 500$ for 10 days.

We are spicing the place up with some color, and pictures when we are there.

The person we have taking care of it now has gotten sheets on the bed now, and pillows, aswell some nice curtains LOL
