The 1992 movie, coming on now, on channel 93! Kristy Swanson is sooo hot as Buffy in that flick! I got to stay up and watch it and get my perv on...

I have never watched that movie, I'll see if it's on Hulu.com. One of my cousins did the sound for the movie and then he moved on to doing sound for pornos and now he's doing those silly reality shows.

Are you shyting me? Your cousin did the sound! I love the Divinyls' kick-ass version of "I Ain't Gonna Eat Out My Heart Anymore" in that flick, which plays while Buffy is jumping around doing gymnastic vampire-slaying stuff.

I never have cared for the Young Rascals' rendition of that song, even though I saw them play it in concert at UVa in the late sixties.

There was a lot (well, maybe not a lot) of humor in that flick. Even the vampires (did you recognize Nicholas Cage?) had a sense of humor. Love the scene where Buffy gets home late from an evening of vampire slaying, and her mother appears as Buffy comes through the front door.

Mother (glancing at her wrist watch): Do you know what time it is?

Buffy: Around 9:30, I think.

Mother (shaking her wrist watch): Damned watches! You pay that much money for a watch, you'd expect it to tell better time... :-P

I am not scared of vampire movies. The movies that scares me are Jason, Friday The Thirteen, The Grudge, and Rosemarie's baby.
Whenever i watch those movie i'm afraid to go to sleep...scare the daylight out of me

Vampires don't scare me, either. But I'll tell you what does give me nightmares--the Cenobites in Hellraiser, especially Pinhead. And you just know he never brushes or flosses and has terrible smoker's breath!

I have never watched a horror film since Hellraiser = Pinhead gave me the horrors.

Saw Hellraiser for the first time on a trip to Cancun. One TV channel showed it 3 or 4 times a day. I almost soiled myself every time that cube started vibrating and Cenobites came walking thru the walls. I wouldn't recommend watching that film on LSD.

I love my horror... Pinhead et al, (I'm abit desensitized now)... Only the demon possession films get me feeling abit edgey. The rest are just slasher/gorfest nonsense.
