Walking deep into the woods to take pictures.............and then it started to pour down rain. No rain gear...........nothing to protect my camera.....sort of sucked.

But...........I got a few pictures of a dead deer if anyone wants to see them.

So, my service light came on in my truck.....a few thousand miles overdue for an oil change....but I have 30 minutes to spare. I ask the folks at Speedee oil change if they can get me out in 20 minutes so I can pick up my daughter on time= yes= price $35 for the oil change.

10 minutes go by and they come in to tell me that Toyota requires blah blah blah oil and they don't have any.....but they can use the expensive Mobil One stuff and the oil change will cost $85......but the expensive oil only needs changed every 8,000 miles. Ouch, $85 for an oil change....oh well, I'm already there.

At the time when my truck is suppose to be done they pull out the car ahead of my without removing something and they end up ripping off a giant plastic looking thing from the front end about the size of the bumper.....not sure if it was actually the bumper or some molding under the car. Needless to say, everyone in the garage rushes over to fix it before the guy in the waiting room next to me noticed it. blah blah.....I'm going to be late picking up my daughter from school.

I get my bill and it's $131.......the tax must be a MF'er on $85 Come to find out my truck takes 8 quarts of oil....news to me and the the oil change experts.....but I have to pay it.....so I do. After picking up my daughter I returned to discuss the money issue with the manager.....after 10 minutes he finally agreed to give me back the extra money

None of the above pissed me off a s much as them not offering free coffee anymore for $35 I want free coffee....for $85 I want a foot rub and one of those manicure jobs for my toes.....not sure what I want for $131 but a bubble bath and some nice Champagne might be a start

Well what makes you so sure that you son doesn’t understand that you will always
have his back? Males aren’t as stupid as woman think - we quickly figure out who has and who will always have are backs and we appreciate it and we will appreciate it until the day we die.
Maybe I am reading too much from the little information you gave but I got a feeling you son is just doubting your tuffnes – like he is probably figuring that with the new baby coming you won’t be able to watch 2 backs at the same time.

I don't think I've been MAJORLY pissed off lately, no more than usual anyways. Unless you count the drive home from work on Monday when a burka-wearing wench nearly ran me off the road forcing herself into my lane, but that's an everyday occurrence in the DC metro area, so I've learned to take the irresponsible driving habits of diplomats and their ilk in stride.

Yes and that is why I pay $$$$$$ in taxes so they can sit at home

What lets me sleep at night is the fact that nobody will pay for me to sit at home since I'm self employed......I have to get up and work everyday or I will starve......god bless taxation
