That's because you keep spending your Negril vacation money on car repairs and on your "plumber" who I'm convinced is a something more than a plumber. Drag your butt to Negril in April and I'll get you in some pictures.

ECO, the ladies in the identical uniform are they security for the beaches?

They are the tourist police without any real police powers. Basically they keep the fleas (hagglers) and ticks (bad people) away from the tourist unless the are busy having a good conversation with each other. In Ochi they only seem to appear when the cruise ships come into town and in Negril they tend to hang out in front of the resorts.
