Your Dream Vacation

If money was not an issue, what would be your dream vacation?

Where would you go?

Who would you bring with you?

What would you do on your dream vacation?

What time of year would you go?

I would go to the Seychelles with my man and the kids, it would totally be winter and it would be a week of pure relaxation

My dream vacation would definately involve an exotic tropical beach someplace, but I can think of few things that surpass the pure joy of awakening in the morning chill to the smoke of a campfire and the smell of sizzling bacon and eggs and a cup of coffee while camping in the mountains.

Lol, I posted this thread and never answered my own question

I had my dream vacation 15 years ago:

Go= canoeing down the Twisted River in Maine.

Who with= a friend who could paddle at my pace which is about 20 miles a day fully loaded with gear.

DO= drink beer, drink hard booze, hunt, fish, explore, build fires, drink beer, canoe over waterfalls.....flip canoe....loose gear....build fire to warm up and dry off clothes.

Time of year= Early spring before any bugs are around and before the bears get use to stealing from campers on the river.

On another note, I think my next vacation might be the longest I have ever taken in my live! It could turn out as some sort of dream vacation...hopefully

After putting more thought into this, I now know I don't have any dream vacations. With the except of Cuba, I've been every where I ever wanted to go. Of course there are always going to be the silly "dream vacation" types of things floated around in my twisted head that I'm not going to share on an internet forum but for the real ones I've done my bucket list.

That's not fair. It's true that who knows how to enjoy- it's tough for them to find out the real one as their best one. We want to wait to know that one of yours.
