I'm lost, do you want to cruise to Jamaica for a vacation or do you want to cruise from Jamaica? If you just want to stay there for a few hours while cruising around most of the big cruise lines will be able to cater to your needs.

Here is a Jamaica cruises list that give you cruise itineraries plans. You can select which one you like. We have used the “Princess Cruises” services in our Montego Bay cruise tour and satisfied their services.

you have opened the can of worms now... you are going to hear a bunch of pro and con posts on Jamaica. I have never been to Falmouth but it is fairly close to Montego Bay.

Personally I would never book a cruise because it stopped in Jamaica. Most of the time that is a reason for me NOT to book a particular itinerary. BUT like I said, everyone has their own opinion on Jamaica, so I will let you make your own...

I've been to Falmouth and Ochi Rios when the cruise ships are in and didn't enjoy the vibe. It seemed like everyone on the island that wants to sell you something or beg from you is there waiting. Most of the popular tourist attractions that are close enough to enjoy while in port attract the same sort of people. For me the relaxation factor increases the farther I am from tourist areas. But....I have family that that enjoy cruising to the island.
