Your Favorite Jamaican Meal?

It's impossible for me to pick a most favorite Jamaican meal, but if I had to pick my most bitterweet Jamaican meal, it would probably be my usual fairwell lunch (though it varies from a burger to conch fritters to fish or whatever on the menu strikes my fancy) at Margaritaville at the airport before boarding my flight home.
