The darn shoe spammers! I was nice enough to leave one thread in hopes of getting a free pair of shoes but "Jelly" must of thought that was a green light to create spam in almost every section. Oh well, now Jelly will have to create another account to spam since I just deleted her.

Philadelphia Water Department. After carefully going over my bill I notice under current charges "Stormwater Charge" WTF! did I miss this charge on my last billing statement? And why am I been charge for this? This City is so effed up they're always looking for way to drain the residents pockets. It bad enough our ugly mayor Nutter, wants to charge us for picking up the garbage. Ugh it's just too much
