Honeymoon hunting...

Postby paradise9dread » Sun Jan 02, 2011 1:11 am

Hey all. I'm getting married soon and want to take her to an island paradise. Trying to find my way past all the resorts and tourist traps and just find a cozy place to sleep at night (or whenever). Very interested in the dance hall music scene and of course beaches. Any advice or recommendations appreciated.

Hey thanks. That's Green Bean in the picture. Been doing some research on flights and lodging to get an idea on what it's gonna cost. The posts here have been very helpful. I'm thinkin a hotel/vacation apartment in the Negril area for 4 nights. Of course will share memories and photos afterward...

Look at the "cliff" area of Negril, it's more private and laid back compared to the beach. The beach is only 5-10 minutes away.

For Dancehall music check out "The Jungle".
