Ashley's Fabulous Trip Report

Ok y'all so I'm ready to start my trip report...but patience is a virtue darlings...this might be a leeetle slow in coming since I have nearly two thousand photos and im not posting them...and gotta pick and resize....soooooooooooooooooo...here goes.........

We left and had a fairly decent flight to Toronto....I admit the flying was fairly uncomfortable and slightly painful so soon after surgery. I battled nausea on both flights. After what seemed like forever...we finally landed in Jamaica. I've never been so happy and excited in my life.



So I'm sitting there and Kristi is calling Lily and Corey to tell them we are at the airport and we will just hang and drink till they get there. So I'm sitting there kinda sore from the flight and I notice this tiny blonde lady dancing towards me. I figured she was some crazy tourist that got a head start on drinking while on the plane hahaha...and then a light bulb clicked in my head that this was Lily and I screamed " No fornicating without passion way" and it was a hug fest. I must say everyone should meet Lily...other than my tinks...coolest lady EVER!! I've adopted her as my other mother!! It was great to see her!!

Sooo that night we had plans but I ended up staying home and going to bed after hanging with Kelly and Kristi at Rooms for a while. I was sore and tired. The next day Kelly had a quiet night....and Kristi and I went out to a concert at the kite festival. Oh and we went out for Yummmmmy yummy Indian food at a fantastic place called " Passage to India"...would totally reccomend it. It was fantastic.

We took some awesome pictures of us and Kelly and Corey..who I must say I adore. Nicest man ever!! Beautiful smile and totally cute...hehe don't hit me kelly I'm just looking thats all haha!!







We went for Indian food with a old friend of Kristis who works on a cruise ship that was docked there. We got the cruise staff discount..was pretty awsome!! I drool thinking about that food!!




Went to Marguritaville for drinks with the cruise ship girl...and never seen to many stupid drunk people in my life, off the cruise ships. Some of them couldn't even walk...it was ridiculous. Like beyond even funny stupid drunk!!

Then we went back to say our sad sad sad goodbyes to Kelly who I STILL miss!!!

Looking at the hotties in those pics, I have only two words: YUM YUM!

I can't believe I forget to ask Kristi to show me her tattoo! (Her upper arms were covered at Canoe.)

OMG! I miss you too, Babycakes!!!!!!

Believe me, it was hysterical when I went "dancing" over to her. She looked at me like I had lobsters growing out of my ears! It finally dawned on her who the hell I was. It was a "what the fornicate without passion" moment, for sure! She ran around the table and scooped me up and we hugged like we hadn't seen each other in years!!!!

Ash is a really down-to-earth, mature young woman. Personally, I hope my daughters grow up to be as charming as she is -- not to mention that she's probably one of the most beautiful women I've ever met. Her eyes are enchanting -- and her smile is dreamy!!!!

Ok this post I will edit and insert videos of the kite festival concert and all that as soon as they are processed on youtube. Bear with me darlings!! It was the funnest night. There was alot of artists big and small there...but mainly it was seeing elephant man that made my night...not to mention Beenie man was actually really good. They brough alot of little kids up on the stage and had them dance and sing for money..some of them were really good. One little girl was kinda disturbing though..she was like three and pretty foul mouthed in her dancehall..a little to young to be singing what she was singing about!!

This is the only pic of the night I think. Kristi and our friend Prince who took us there.



This however is the marching band we saw while we were eating at Passage to India...was totally cute!!

The next day we didn't do to much. Ainsley and I went to Sandels to meet up with my best friend from High School who happened to be in Jamaica for her first time with her boyfriend. I was so excited to see her. She had a a bit of a rocky past..and there was times I wondered if I'd be at her funeral...and to see her in Jamaica with her life all cleaned up...it made me all teary eyed. I was so proud of her. We were inseperable in high school..each others rock..we kinda saved each other I guess. They were having the time of their life so we invited them to our traditional tuesday nights...Kareoke at Oceans 11 in Ochi followed by Amnesia. It ended up being a blast...but I think its probably safe to say...to much liquour was consumed that night!!:D

So after this we headed to Amnesia...Teri and Trevor decided to go home since they had to get up early to take the Bob Marley tour in the morning. So Kristi and I..and friends headed over to Amnesia. It was alot of fun actually. We ran into lots of old friends and had a great time.

Mista lova lova...this boy is pretty cute..but has nineteen ladies and a wife LOL...nice guy as a friend...but would make a terrible boyfriend. So watch out ladies if you see this boy..lest you become numba twenty hahaha!!
