Beachfront- with water that I can swim in, and no other buildings between me and the beach.

Window screens to keep the little bugs out.
An internet connection would be cool but not a deal breaker at all.
Pools and stuff don't really interest me, I really don't need or want a resort type of place. The location does not really matter, I've found places on both the beach and cliffs that I like so far.
