I have no vacation plans, but I need one. Really want to spend some time near the ocean but don't have anyone to travel with. Will figure something out..................

If you are anything like my sister I can understand why   Every time I talk to her she goes on about me having to wear sun screen so I don't get skin cancer. Today I get an e-mail about poison ivy being bad this year and instructions to wash my hands before I use the bathroom.

OMG....poison ivy on winky sounds so painful.

I tend to get it on my balls of all places....must be the tender skin? Thank god I'm going on two years without it and our poison ivy up here is not as bad as the poison oak that we use to have in VA.

Squid works really well as well. I spilled a bucket of squid (bait) in her car 20 years ago that took her months to get rid of the smell.....she has never let me use one of her cars since.

That's a very good idea, T&L, have considered that before. BUT I get motion sick. Boat, plane, car, you name it, there's a chance I'll get sick. So very unattractive.

Trying to get out and about more here, so maybe I'll meet more singles................

Am trying to rationalize a trip to Ja in the Fall if they offer some specials.................

Got anything exciting planned for Memorial Day weekend??
