Scotchies Jamaican Jerk Food - Is it the Real Thing?

When I went to Jamaica I feel in love with the Jamaican Jerk food at Scotchies! Since I never had jerk food before I would rate Scotchies as a 10 on a 1-10 scale.......am I wrong? Is Scotchies the Jamaican version of a MC Donalds or is it the best?

never heard of scotchies. I liked the jerk from the little roadside stalls - and from Bourbon Beach on Negril Beach.

I went to scotchies in st ann - i prefer roadside jerk - although it was nice.

I would say Island Grill is the equivalent to McD's
