September 2009 Jamaica Trip Countdown Starts

After countless hours surfing the internet for cheap tickets I finally broke down tonight and booked through ATI for $330 round trip from Boston to Mobay. I wanted to fly out of Providence RI but it costs and extra $100+ and my flight down there would get me in at 4pm instead of 1030 am.

This will be another one of my "short" trips (sept 22-30) compared to some of you who can take weeks off at a time, for me 8 days is enough.....then 8 more in April.

As of now I'm planning on heading directly over to Negril for 2-3 days then over to St Ann for a few days and maybe a night in Mobay before I leave. Even though people say there is not much to do in Mobay I'll hopefully find something that interests me.

Cool, I've been looking forward to Ashley's wedding for around 6 months now, it's great that the timing works out for when I'm down there. Take good care of her prior to the wedding

I'll have to wax my chest but I'll look great in one of those dresses! I already have a pair of shoes that will look great but I'm stressing over finding a matching pocket book.

I just won an auction over at skyauction and got 3 nights (thurs,fri,sat) over at Rooms on the beach in Ochi. Originally I was only planning on two nights but screw it, I'll find something to do over there on Saturday night.

My memory might be fuzzy but I thought I spent over $100 a night there this spring so getting 3 nights for $179 seemed like a great deal @ less than $60 a night. I was planning on a $50 skyauction that did not work so in the end I ended up saving $2.94 over just going to Orbitz.com and taking them up on buy two nights and get one for free. Oh well, I can't complain about being on the beach with AC for under $60 a night.

Next stop is getting something in Negril for Tuesday & Wednesday nights. I found some place last night for $35 a night but it's not on the water, Xtabi might be where I end up.
