All of my visits have been much-too-short 3-night/4-day trips, and I'm positively sick about it. Of course, even those short "long weekends" beat working and being stuck in rush-hour traffic anytime, but you can't begin to feel the vibe of Jamaica in anything less than a week...2 weeks is better...a month or longer is gravy. I keep promising myself I'll stay 4 nights or even 5 nights next time, but I can't seem to make it happen yet. But 12 years from now, when I retire, I'm gonna stay a whole week...maybe two weeks...or maybe I'll just stay there if I find a sexy Jamaican gyal to marry!

I've only been twice, my first trip was 7 days and my last trip was nine days. For the past 12 years 90% of my vacations have been 3 days or less so anything over a week feels like a month to me. My next 2 trips will both be 9 day trips.....I like that number.

6 Weeks............I want to try one of those vacations!

Three maybe four weeks is good for me depending on my location. Anything longer is way to much, and anything shorter, I don’t feel like I took a vacation.

Hmmm, I'm going to have to try one of these long vacations.

I don't go anywhere for more than 2 weeks because I get homesick - sad but true .

Longest was 8 days/7 nights.

Shortest was 2 nights . . . but much less than 3 days, LOL. Arrived around 6:00 p.m. on Friday and left at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday.

I prefer 5 nights and 6 days.

My last tour of Jamaica was too short from my point view; I stayed only ten days there. And my longest tour of Jamaica in year 2008, this time I stayed there for one month. Jamaica is really beautiful place and heart doesn’t want to come back to home from there.
