http://islandbuzzjamaica.com/2010/08/16 ... -a-budget/ Miss Sonia's picture and Fanso's sign picture. The site claims to be "Island Buzz Jamaica is the Official Blog for Destination Jamaica by the Jamaica Tourist Board." Thumbs up to them for their internet marketing!

That’s one of the troubles of the Internet – it makes stealing seem victimless.
I went to the site – the pitchers are cool and there was some interesting information that I started to read but figured it was probably stolen too so I didn’t bother.
I looked for a comment box so I could put – You owe ECO $10!
But I wasn’t sure about that so I didn’t. Cheers!

Lol, I don't care about the money, if I wanted that I would submit my pics to the on-line photo buying places. It's just when people show the respect to link back to where the borrowed images from. Out of my XX sites, 100's of my images are used on other sites without giving any credit....that pisses me off!

With that said, I have a limited number of prints in a 16x20" format of a dragon fly that I'm selling for $320 each unframed BUT signed and numbered by the artist.....$70 plus shipping for forum members <---I felt the need to spam, forgive me :-)

I went back to the site and didn’t see any photo credit until I clicked on the (via - links) that’s not really a credit - there should be a credit under each photo that says photo curtsey of… So I viewed there source then stole it. Cheers!

So,,,,,, should I sue them for infringing on my copyrights? I'm happy with the free links but some get out of road block passes might be even better.

Well they did break one of the 10 commandments of computer ethics so maybe you should sue but you better pack a lunch because it might take awhile.
I have noticed that there are lots of Jamaican travel Forums so I image it is a common thing (taking photos and information).
I bet there are even some Jamaican Forums were the owner has never even been to Jamaica they just take photos and information from the web.
Any way if you do decide to sue you can prove that the photos belong to you - if they were taking with a digital camera that was purchased with your credit card
( the information is in the photos encoding or something like that).
Not sure if I mentioned this before but I am a Philadelphia lawyer (a person who thinks they know all about the law but have no formal training) and I figure there’s a good chance that you could win your case. You never know maybe if you sue your kids will take an interest in law if you bring them to court with you and some day they will be Supreme Court Judges.
Maybe suing might even save your life and your kids life in a round about way.

Example – Because you and your kids are so busy building your case – you have no time to go to amusement parks that sometimes have fatal ride accidents.
I included a video to help get you psyched up for Court. Cheers and happy week end!

There was a site last year that was using some of my images from the Bob Marley tour in Nine Mile, after looking at "their" other images it appeared like they didn't use any of their own if they even had any. Some of the spammers on here copy paste content from other sites to make it look like they are posting on topic just to insert their spam links......hence the deleted posts or threads.

Something good= I'm in Maine for a 3 day weekend and the weather is almost perfect! I had to hunt for a blanket last night at 3am since it dropped down to the low 60's or high 50's ahh such nice sleeping weather. Maine has some excellent herb as well, I sampled some last night and this morning as well.....lovin the vacation wake-n-bakes! Red Stripes are also nice for breakfast...............

Got younger son packed up and on his way back to college today. Actually, classes don't start for another week, but he explained everybody goes back a week early  and he wanted to get moved in to the off-campus apartment he's sharing with a pal. I advised him to try not to get into trouble on his first day back to campus, not to get pregnant, and to try to comport himself as an upperclassman (instead of like a freshman-gone-wild).

He stayed with me this past week, and now that he's swooped, the silence and emptiness of my place are killing me.

Time for Wahoo to line up the beers and start acting like a first-year college kid gone wild!

Eco, if you happen to run across my old college girlfriend in Maine, tell her Wahoo still has a soft spot in his heart for her. Don't want to mention her name (for purposes of confidentiality), but if you're in a bar and a gal with hairy legs and two different cup sizes tries to pick you up, that's probably her!

I didn't run into her...thank god!

On this trip to Maine I didn't see any out of place body hair like I did last year, maybe they discovered razors?

Next week scientist are coming to the Island to see if they can find proof that there is a sea monster in Cameron lake – been hearing rumores of the monster for many years so it would be nice if they proved it. Cheers

At the risk of sounding like a square what is a ridden and what does drop a yadd mean?
Like does it mean your friend D record a CD and its going to go platinum or something like that? Cheers!

Riddim = What you are when relatives who've overstayed their visit with you by 2 weeks finally leave.

Drop a yaad = :scratchheadblue:
