Yep we all know it was the Scots that discovered North America. Cheers!

Wrong, Al Gore discovered it right after he discovered the internet.

I've been as happy as a pig in that brown stuff that floats in the toilet ever since I discovered the asian massage parlor.

Every time we pass by them in Quincy my helper wants to stop in for a bath/massage/ending of happiness..... Do they all offer the ending of happiness and is it included in the price? If not how much for the package?

*Note, I don't like massages without sex and I'm not paying some Asian lady to jack me off.....just wondering for his sake. Friday is his last day with me and that would make a perfect going away gift after 10 years of employment.

Something good.....

A 30 year friend that I only see once or twice a year is racing with me on columbus day weekend. Making a list of 100 ways that we can fuc with him while racing from Newport to Block Island.

So far:

1. We snagged a lobster pot (once it's really dark), here's some goggles and a knife, dive down and cut us free.
2. The mast head light is out, clip this harness on and we will hoist you up to change it.
3.

Need some ideas......

A little shoe polish on the end of a pair of binoculars is always a hoot.
Cheers and happy sailing!

Once you're under weigh, toss a used strip of duct tape onto the bottom of the boat and then "discover" it, feigning alarm and concern that the boat might sink.

Was thinking it would funny if you did the binocular thing then got you picture in the paper for winning the race – your buddy would be standing there smiling with 2 black rings around his eyes. Cheers!

Something good, I ended work today with a 8 hour shift instead of my normal 12 hour shift. Still have an hour of paperwork but it's so nice being home during daylight hours!

Say a sign 125 days without an OSHA reportable injury at the recycling place the other day, thought it was cute.

Today is supposed to be my day off but I am going to do some work anyway and will get paid with ganja which is good in a lot of ways. I don’t have to start until 10:am and it will only be a 5 hour day so that’s good. This will be the third time that I worked for them and it seems we have the pay scale set – I work 5 hours and get ½ OZ of bud so that’s good. Yesterday they paid me in advance which is good because I would have been smoking leaf. But were it starts getting amazingly good is they sent their teen age daughter over to deliver it and after a little chat I got the feeling that the girl has finally got her act together and considering what she has done and were she has been it’s amazingly good that she’s back on the right road. Cheers!

Something good.....

Found a "Spikes Hotdog" place in Allston MA today.......taking a guess they offer maybe 20-30 designer hotdogs (different toppings) on great homemade sub type of rolls. Plus, they offer veggie dogs for those of us that don't eat dead animals! Still trying to figure out how there store record is 15 hotdogs.....they are so big and the rolls are so bulky I doubt I could eat 3 of them.

My elder son, the US Marine, had the coveted distinction of being Honor Man of his Corporals Course last month, and this morning I had the honor of attending the ceremony for his meritorious promotion to Sergeant and pinning on his Sergeant stripes.

First military formation I've been in in almost 40 years...boy do I feel old.

A gal I was introduced to at a mixer in college told me she didn't have any STDs, but if she did she'd give them to me. ;-)

Ah and you could of shared it with the world....a gift that keeps on giving :-)

Something good, the 3 storms this year that provided free firewood for everyone who wants it in my state. I guess along the same lines it's good that anyone in the generator business, tree business, utility business and so on can feed their families and support local businesses with all the money the storms has raised for them.

If that free fire wood is hard wood – I’ll pack up my PullMan chain saw and be right down.
Actually my saw is a Poulman but I call it a PullMan because man I got to pull the cord a lot of times to get it started. Hoping everybody works safe and they ware their safety gear while their cutting up the free wood (I’m Mr. Safety so I got to say that).
You mentioned that one of the other businesses that will profit from the storms is utilities. Are utilities privatized in America or are they all owned by the Government or State? Cheers!

Nanoose, most of it is oak= great firewood! Basically there are not enough people that people can hire to remove the downed trees and limbs which litter yards and make streets an obstacle course in some areas.

I'm pretty sure our utilities are private but either way I'm talking about keeping the full time along with the emergency sub contractors busy.
