Tell Me Something Good Thread

This thread is a place to share something that made you smile, basically a good news thread.

I'll start, the sun is out today and the birds are chirping.

Easter service was great even though we sat in the front row and I had no clue when to stand and sit (had to keep peeping at others).

Still no sign of a packed suitcase though

Don't feel bad, Tinks. I haven't starting packing yet, either. My suitcase is still full of tax returns and receipts for the past 8 years, as required by the IRS. I'll probably wait till the night before the "big day" to do it. But I won't forget to pack my Red Stripe opener!

This forum makes me feel good - full of people who don't argue, judge or bully each other (apart from when visitors with no manners make an entrance).

I love spring, I love easter, I love new babies, I love new beginnings, I love sunshine (even if its cold), I love laughing, I love easter eggs, I love sex, I love to see family I havent seen in a long time, I love my friends, and I love to see my sister to laugh and smile for the first time in 8 months, I love to rediscover my youth, I love to look after my nanna, i love life - and i love wine lol
I intrigue more people in real life than I do in cyberspace. What I WILL do is to capitalize on their attraction to me.If I set out to take advantage of anyone's attraction, its simply for the benefit of God's kingdom.People such as myself, whether we try or not, will always radiate some kinda attraction that men find alluring.my message to those who find it annoying "Don't hate".

Wowwwwww it must have been freaking out wondering what had happen to its master. However, it was a holiday here and the hubby and I spent the whole day together chilling and having fun. We went about the island. I forgot the camera. :-( Then later we had friends over and we talk shite and laughed loudly of course there was a wee bit of drinking. We went to bed pretty early. :-P probably about 10:30pm. Ah well it's Tuesday the long weekend is over.

WE can call off the search parties now

A pal of mine in college from time to time would disappear like that. He'd announce "Going looking for some strange!" and he'd disappear for 2 or 3 days.

I disappear for days sometimes too. Drives my family crazy. They call and call....I'm like, do you not know YOU are the reason I am disappearing. Stop making it worse.

My kids kept me up all night listening to them suffer from some sort of flu or bug........by the end of the night they gave it to me--now the good part is that I hardly ever take chemical meds (pills & such) but when I do I get out of my mind wasted off of them. I've been staggering around for the past 30 minutes or so like I drank a 12 pack of beer.

T&L, I just want to say how disappointed I am that you won't be at the link-up at Canoe this weekend. I'll have one of Kirby's killa 4-rum punches for you.

Thanks, Bajanbabe. My trip was only 5 nights -- and I couldn't extend it to see Tinks, Wahoo and Eco, but I did get to see Ash and Teef.

So . . . I'm home -- and I'm okay . . . the JA Blues haven't set in just yet.

I made a peace offering this morning to my boss of a mixed CD that Corey made for me in JA. My boss was very excited . . . even shared his pictures with me of his recent trip home to Antigua. Peace has been made.
