Social workers attacked over race rules that rob foster children of a caring home

Social workers were under fire last night after a report revealed they were breaking up foster families because the parents were the wrong colour.
It said official attempts to take mixed-race and black children away from white foster parents are heard 'regularly' in the family courts.
Race rules say they can only be adopted by adults of the same ethnic background. The guidance claims ethnic minority children suffer mental health difficulties if brought up by white parents

We have huge issues in the UK with the competency of Social Workers....

In this instance, are they therefore saying that a White parent is incapable of raising a mixed race child....?

Does this relate also to the true parent of the child or only foster parents?

I think its a pile of the brown stuff that floats in the toilet and politically correct Britain has gone mad. A loving parent is a loving parent regardless of colour. A the brown stuff that floats in the toilet parent is a the brown stuff that floats in the toilet parent regardless of colour. I think you should have a licence to have children cos anyone can have a child naturally regardless of their colour, age, lifestyle, capability etc etc but anyone can't adopt a child. This licence should involve serious vetting of suitability of parenthood. Would solve a lot of problems, but of course my tongue is in cheek and it would or could never happen
