Here's a pic of Wahoo sometime around Thanksgiving...roughly. You can tell from my rheumy, bloodshot eyes that I had partook of the holiday spirits. I should've gotten a pic of myself last weekend at 4:30 in the morning after I got home from watching my son's band at Miller's Tavern. That would've been even better.

You can barely see the scar in that pic of the time I was shot between eyes in Nam...it healed over. I can't wait till my grandson is old enuf for me to tell him that story!

Pretty tree! Did you get it from a lot? A tree farm? Neighbor's yard? That actually happened to my in-laws (R.I.P.) one year. Some lowlife chopped down & stole a blue spruce from their yard. Boy were they pissed.

Nanoose, I didn't really get shot between the eyes in Nam. I was a couple of thousand miles away in the Aleutian Islands (which, incidentally, saw some action with the Japanese in WWII).

I just buy one from a local nursery (buy local/support local). My days of walking in the woods for hours in search of a perfect one are over. One year while hunting I found a nice one a shot it down with 10 or so shotgun rounds, a really nice sight since it was almost dark.

Wahoo, I did the neighbors yard one year and still feel horrible about it.
