Do they sell American cigarettes in Jamaica?

Postby Dancing Susan » Fri Sep 11, 2009 5:45 pm

Do they sell American cigarettes in Jamaica and if so are they cheaper because we have so many taxes in the US?

If they don't, are the local ones any good? Also are they cheaper or should I bring my own from home?

Thanks,
Susan

They mostly sell marlboro, hard to get anything else american. They aren't much cheaper in the stores (maybe about $4/pack, depending on where you buy), but they are cheap in duty free when you're flying out. Can also get at duty free at US airport, but more expensive than JA duty free.
