A Well Balanced View of Jamaica

A colleague at work told me his son is going to Jamaica - he was originally going to Mexico but they tour company changed it to Jamaica.
He was quite worried because he had heard so many rumours that it wasn't safe to come out of the complex. I told him that as far as I am concerned if you stay in a complex and never go outside for 2 whole weeks you might as well stay at home.

I did put his mind at ease but I could see he was still unsure and it is all because of the media.
