mi belly full. had a nice big juicy steak, cottage cheese, celery and grilled tomatoes - in accordance with my diet sheet. :D

right now I have strawberries too in a fruit salad, with mango, kiwi, banana, grapes - lush!

I'd have learnt how to spell it by Wimbledon fortnight!!!!!


All fruit and veg taste better when they are in their season rather than force grown and full of preservatives

(yeah I know I had a plate full of heart attack but Ice Cream & Bananas are always in season!!)
