Digicel only takes Master Card and Visa to add money/minutes to my phone. Why can't they take American Express or Paypal like everyone else?

Now I'm going to have to search my desk to find a Master Card or Visa............somewhere I have one of them lost in the mess.

Lol, I grew up with up with only two channels..........not that it mattered much since we were hardly ever able to watch it (strict parents). I remember sneaking once they went to bed but it only gave me a little viewing time since the stations shut down at 11pm every night.

Lol, I grew up in rural northern Vermont with a population of I dunno 2 or 3 people. Somehow we were able to pick up a station out of Poland Spring Maine and some public station on the UHF band (like AM/FM , TV's had UHF or VHF).

BB, if your parents let you watch your one station that is one station more than I was permitted to watch.
