Finally, there are children protective services in Jamaica. I have never heard of a ten -year -old running away from home,there has to be some sort of abuse at home.

Why is this woman being charge? It was wrong of her to keep the child for three days-can't the police just give her a find and let it be a warning to others?

Whats going to happen to kids who ran away from home, adults may be reluctant when it comes to helping them, because of the fair of going to jail.
