Once my friends father got drunk and decided to cut the addition off the back of his daughters house and sell it at the auction because he figured she still owed him money since 1969. When the daughter came home from work and the neighbor’s told her that her father had her addition she went over to see him and found out that her father had sold his house and farm – kept enough money to buy a brand new RV and gave the rest to charity. When she asked about her addition he told her that he wouldn’t have time to sell it at auction because her mom and him were going to live on the road and tour America. Then he reminded his daughter that she still owed him money since 1969 promised to write then started driving away in the RV, He got about 20 feet away and his daughter shouted out - “the bears are going to come for you”. The first night that her father and mom spent in a RV park in America - 2 Grisly bears showed up and started pushing on the sides and door of the RV (her parents were inside) The other people in the RV park eventually scared the bears off but I think it’s more then just a coincident. It was a busy RV park and they said that they rarely had a bear problem.
The next morning the father turned around went and seen his daughter – told her that he was lying about giving the money to charity and he could afford to build her a new addition then he reminded her that she still owed him money from 1969 .
She went ballistic because she didn’t owe him money from 1969 – she would of been 8 years old in 1969 and had been trying to explain that to her father for years but he had it stuck in his head that she owed him money since 1969. Cheers and happy week end!
